Aloo ka Qorma Recipe
Ingredients:
Potato is the most consumed vegetable in the world. As it is eaten with passion, it is used in dishes in the same proportion. All the dishes made with potato have a uniqueness in them and thanks to this vegetable, four moons are added to it, but the matter does not end there are some dishes made with it which make even the dishes made with meat pale. They are known. They also include potato korma. It is not only ready in a very short time but also very delicious to eat. So know how it is prepared.
Potato half kg
One onion
A tomato
Six almonds
Yogurt half a cup (100 grams)
A tablespoon of garlic ginger paste
A teaspoon of crushed red pepper
Ground coriander one tablespoon
Turmeric half teaspoon
Tezpaat two numbers
Proven red pepper two nos
Clove six numbers
Black pepper six nos
Javitri A small piece
Two numbers of green loaches
A teaspoon of ground cumin
Cinnamon 1 inch piece
Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
One cup of oil
Composition:
First of all, add half a cup of oil in a pan and fry the onion in it and prepare Baghar. Now peel the potato and cut it into small pieces and boil it on high flame for three minutes, so that its hardness is removed. Now remove the potatoes from the water and strain them through a sieve. Fry the potatoes in heated oil. Remember to boil the potatoes and fry them immediately. They should not be cold. Fry them till they are light golden. After two to three minutes, take them out on a plate. In another pan, add the remaining half cup of oil and add cumin seeds, tezpaat, cloves, jawtri, green cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon and cook on low flame so that the flavor settles in the oil.Now add ginger-garlic paste and after one to two minutes add red chillies, salt, coriander and turmeric and keep stirring the spoon well so that their rawness disappears. Now add curd, tomatoes and almonds and blend well in a blender and add it to the pan and keep moving the spoon so that it does not burn. Cook it so much that the spices look grainy. Now add potatoes to it and cook for some time and add a little water to make gravy and cook on low flame so that the oil rises. Now take it out in a dish, add coriander leaves and serve it. The delicious potato korma is ready.
