Angara Chicken Recipe

Our recipe today is a popular North Indian dish that is now on the menu of many restaurants and dhabas. This is a popular Mughlai dish called Chikan Angara, known for its rich and varied taste, its gravy is very deliciously creamy and spice based. Let us show you how to make it
To make the spice powder:
Dry red chillies 2 to 3 pcs
2 tablespoons of ground coriander
No. 5-6 green cardamom
1 teaspoon black pepper
Number 6-7 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons ground cumin
. Fry all these spices in a pan and grind them in a grinder to make powder.
. Now add 250 grams of curd, this ground spice, 1 spoon of Kasuri fenugreek, 2 spoons of ginger garlic paste and salt in a bowl and mix it then add 1 kg of chicken and mix well with the spices.
. Now heat the coal on the stove and keep it in a chicken bowl and put 2 to 3 cloves and ghee on it and cover it and leave it for an hour.
Composition:
. Heat 1 spoon of butter and a little oil in a pot, add 2 spoons of ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies and stir for 1 minute. .
. Now grind one cup of fried onion (2 big onions after frying), 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp red chilli, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, turmeric and a little water in a grinder, then grind it. Add the mixture to the chicken and fry.
. When the chicken is cooked, add 2 spoons of almond paste and a little cream and mix well, and add hot spices and green coriander on top and close the stove. If desired, you can add charcoal smoke again at the end.
