Bombay Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:
Tomatoes----six (cut into four pieces)
Basmati Rice ----- Soak one kg for fifteen minutes
Four lemons
Yogurt ----- A bowl
Ginger Garlic Crushed----One and a half Tablespoon
Mint ----- A bunch finely chopped
Clove ----- four numbers
Black Cumin ----- One teaspoon
Ground Coriander----Two Tablespoons
Yolk color----one quarter teaspoon
Goat meat or chicken----- one kg (rounded)
Potatoes----four large size potatoes (steamed and peeled and cut into large pieces)
Onion ------ four cloves (finely chopped)
Dried potato bukhara----- one cup (soak in hot water)
Salt ----- to taste
Green Chillies ----- Six Nos
Small Cardamom ----- Six numbers
Pepper proof ----- one tablespoon
Warm milk ------ a cup
Ghee or oil----- one bowl
Composition:
First of all, wash the goat meat or chicken well and mix curd, ginger, garlic, chili, coriander, two lemons, mint, green chili, potatoes and salt for half an hour.
